ABOUT DRIVING DUOS
With the fast development of technology, children are starting to use electronic devices at an earlier age and are spending hours in front of a screen. As a result, the development of social skills is therefore hindered. Driving Duos is designed to solve this problem. Instead of removing technology, which would be difficult in today's world, Driving Duos utilizes technology to promote communication & teamwork and develop real life skills. Since the game is multiplayer and requires face-to-face interaction between players, the children will be able to develop their social skills. Driving Duos also requires children to read a map, navigate through different scenarios, and distinguish between left and right. This will allow the children to develop necessary life skills and logic.
HOW TO PLAY
Navigator
Navigator can see a map which shows where the car is and which direction it is going. The Navigator needs to figure out the route and tell the Driver which direction to go.
STEP 1: GET THE STEERING WHEEL
Steering Wheel is available in most stores as well as online.
STEP 2: DOWNLOAD THE APP
Driving Duos app is compatible with most phones and tablets.
STEP 3: SET UP THE GAME
Slide your phone or tablet into the slot on the back of the steering wheel. Two players will sit face to face so that the Driver will not be able to see what's on the screen.
STEP 4: PLAY THE GAME
Players will be given a list of tasks which require them to get to different destinations on the map. Players can select difficulty levels as well as game mode at the beginning of the game.
Driver
Drive is in charge of controlling the steering wheel according to Navigator's instruction and is not allowed to look at the screen.

RESEARCH AND REPORTS
Driving Duos is a scientifically designed game based on a large amount of research. The team conducted research on children development, especially social skills and communication development, as well as game and toy design before coming up with the final idea. Throughout the design process, the team did rounds of research, brainstorming, re-evaluation, prototype, and usability test in order to obtain the optimal design solution. On the right is all the reports for the game design.
